Brad Frome, a cum laude graduate of the University of Maryland with a J.D. from George Washington University Law School, built his career in public service and economic development. As Assistant Deputy Chief Administrative Officer under Prince George’s County Executive Rushern Baker, he played a central role in major projects including the Purple Line light rail, MGM National Harbor, and the redevelopment of Greater College Park. After government service, he co-founded RISE Investment Partners, advising leading real estate development clients across Maryland. He lives in University Park with his wife and two young sons.
