Justin D. Ross, a lifelong Prince George’s County resident, was elected to the MD House of Delegates at 26, where he served on the Ways & Means Committee. Alongside public service, he built a successful real estate career at NAI Michael. In 2013, he co-founded Perry, White, Ross & Jacobson, one of Maryland’s top government relations firms representing Ernst & Young, Uber, and Wegmans. In 2021, he became Senior Vice President at Next Level Sports & Entertainment, where he earned an Emmy nomination. As founding Partner at RISE Investment he leads major redevelopment and infrastructure projects with clients such as the Washington Commanders, the Durant Family Foundation, IonQ, and National Harbor.
