Michael Aldrich brings over 20 years of executive leadership in financial services, operations, and strategic growth to Revolutionary VP Studios. Known for aligning operational excellence with elevated client experience, he supports the company’s mission to deliver world-class production infrastructure and creative services.

He most recently served as Chief Operating Officer at Parallel Advisors and previously as Global Head of Operational Strategy at Brown Advisory, where he oversaw global operations for a $150B+ RIA. In these roles, he partnered with C-suite leadership to scale systems, enhance client lifecycle management, and implement technology-driven solutions.

His expertise spans financial leadership, project management, technology integration, and commercial real estate—providing valuable insight as Revolutionary VP builds a next-generation studio in the Mid-Atlantic.

Aldrich holds an Executive Master’s in Leadership from Georgetown University and a B.S. in Finance from Virginia Tech, along with multiple FINRA licenses.
