Randy Marriner is a retired advertising executive and entrepreneur. He founded Marriner Marketing Communications, a top regional agency with clients such as Coca-Cola, Citibank, and Marriott. Since retiring, he has led Marriner Enterprises and founded Victoria Restaurant Group, Manor Hill Brewing, and Manor Hill Productions.

He has served on numerous boards and civic organizations and has been a dedicated volunteer with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, where he currently serves as President Emeritus. Marriner is also the Vice Chair of the Maryland State Lottery and Gaming Control Commission.
