Zach Guerra is a Cannes Lions–winning commercial and documentary filmmaker whose work spans continents, genres, and mediums. With three Lions—including a shortlist for Best Director—and numerous honors across the worlds of advertising and film festivals, his vision continues to blur the line between commerce and art. As Co-Founder, director and head of Creative & Innovation at Revolutionary VP Studios, he leads with equal parts cinematic daring and disciplined strategy.

Former naval aviator, pro athlete, and current DGA director, writer, and EP, Zach has helmed global campaigns for Apple, ESPN, Dupixent, and Virgin Voyages, commanding budgets totaling over $34 million. An early champion of virtual production, he embraced real-time tools like Unreal Engine long before the industry followed. As an educator, he’s taught storytelling, editing, and cinematography at USC and the Art Institute of LA, mentoring the next wave of filmmakers.
